Emily Detroy

Emily Detroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in employee experience and development, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Employee Experience at Creative Circle since March 2007. Previously, Emily held various roles within the same company, including Vice President of Employee Development and Internal Recruiting, Director of Training and Development, Manager of Training and Development, Senior Corporate Trainer, and Recruiter. Prior to Creative Circle, Emily was a Project Manager at Coolfire Studios and worked as a Customer Service Manager at Crate & Barrel. Emily holds a Certificate in Diversity & Inclusion for Leadership from Cornell University and a BA in Communications, Telecommunications, and Marketing from Indiana University Bloomington.
