Kailey Carter

Kailey Carter is a seasoned professional in the creative and digital marketing sectors, with extensive experience in recruitment and visual content creation. Currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Creative Circle since November 2017, Kailey has transitioned through various recruiting roles within the company, specializing in connecting marketing, creative, and digital talents with organizations. Prior to this, Kailey worked at Papyrus Recycled Greetings from November 2015 to April 2017 as a Production Artist, where responsibilities included creating and styling social media content that significantly enhanced engagement metrics. Kailey's foundation in photography was established during time at Snap36, first as an intern and then as a photographer, with an additional internship experience at Checker Distributors focused on 3D product photography. Kailey holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology, specializing in Visual Communication Technology, from Bowling Green State University, and completed secondary education at St. Ursula Academy.
