Miranda McAdams

Miranda McAdams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in recruitment and creative staffing. Currently serving as a Senior Creative Recruiter at Creative Circle since May 2021, Miranda has successfully recruited top talent across the marketing, advertising, and digital sectors for multiple major markets, maintaining a high volume of daily requisitions and achieving remarkable year-over-year growth. Prior to this role, Miranda held positions as a Recruitment Coordinator at Home Instead Senior Care and Account Manager at STAR Autism Support, where responsibilities included client management and program development. Additional experience includes operations and office coordination at Ajilon as well as account management and graphic design roles at SureID and Daffodil Jill Marketing Group, respectively. Miranda earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from Montana State University-Bozeman and also studied at Pieve International School in Italy.
