Rick de Jong

Rick de Jong has a diverse background in software development, with a focus on embedded systems and mobile marketing. Rick started their career as an Embedded Software Developer at Home Automation Europe in 2007, where they worked until 2009. Rick then moved on to BeNeXt, also as an Embedded Software Developer, for a brief period before returning to Home Automation Europe in the same role.

In 2010, Rick joined Poort 80 as a Full Stack (Lead) Developer, where they worked until 2015. During this time, they gained experience in developing both front-end and back-end applications.

Since 2015, Rick has been working at Creative Clicks, first as a Senior Software Developer and currently as the Head of IT / Principal Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining complex applications software and specialized utility programs for mobile marketing and lead generation. Rick uses a wide range of programming languages, with a focus on creating high-performance solutions for big data.
