Sofia Khodja has a diverse range of work experience. Sofia started their career as a Revenue Management & Pricing intern at AIR ALGÉRIE in 2016. Sofia then worked at IMMAR R&C as a Qualitative Studies Specialist, conducting qualitative research and providing insights to enhance products and services. In 2017, they joined Djezzy, where they held two roles. First, they worked as a Digital Marketing Analyst, setting up digital marketing campaigns, conducting analytics, and analyzing social media campaign performance. Later, they became a Media Professional, where they designed, developed, and managed strategies for paid media campaigns across offline and online channels. Sofia collaborated with internal and external partners for recommendations and monitored, adjusted, and optimized campaigns based on performance. Sofia is currently an Online Media Buyer at Creative Clicks, starting in 2022.

Sofia Khodja obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from HEC Alger (ex INC) from 2015 to 2017. Sofia also pursued a brief course in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies at HEC Alger/INSA Lyon in 2017. Prior to that, from 2014 to 2017, they studied Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at HEC Alger (ex INC). In 2012 to 2014, Sofia attended Ecole Préparatoire en Sciences Economiques, Commerciales et Sciences de Gestion, where they achieved admission to the National entrance examination to Business Schools with a focus on Sciences Economiques.

Additionally, Sofia obtained the Google Analytics Individual Qualification certification from Google in August 2021.
