Emmanuel T. Malongo is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in various roles related to ICT management and security. Since May 2009, Emmanuel has served in multiple capacities at the Institute of Educational and Management Technologies, including Chief Information Security Officer and ICT Consultancy Manager. Additionally, Emmanuel is the Tanzania representative to the Global Network Council for Creative Commons since July 2018.
