Jongsoo (Jay) Yoon is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Yoon serves as a Partner at Lee & Ko, a position held since March 2016. Yoon has also been a Commissioner for the Open Data Mediation Committee and a Board Member of Creative Commons since 2013, while leading projects at Creative Commons Korea since 2005. Previous positions include Partner at SHIN&KIM from 2014 to 2020, Chairperson of the Advisory Board for the Development of Internet Search Services, and Commissioner roles at the Personal Information Protection Commission and the Content Dispute Resolution Committee from 2011 to 2020.
