Mark Savigny

Mark Savigny is currently the Senior Estimator at Creative Contractors Inc. Mark is the Owner and President of ECR Consulting LLC, providing Preconstruction Consulting Services. Prior to this, Mark served as the Vice President of Preconstruction at Cutler Associates and Chief Estimator at Kraft Construction. With over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, Mark has expertise in estimating, project management, and design for a variety of commercial, industrial, and educational projects. In addition, Mark has a background in project design and facilities management from their time at WENDEL Companies.
