Jim Warner's expertise extends to serving as an Expert Witness in use of force and cell extraction situations, with a notable background including leadership roles in critical incidents and emergency preparedness. Prior positions include Deputy Warden at George W. Hill Correctional Facility and Regional Correctional Services Administrator with the Federal Bureau of Prisons, where Jim Warner was the top official in the Northeast Region. Military service includes the role of Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps, earned through a combination of professional development and commendations for excellence.
