Nancy Bailey

Nancy Bailey is a seasoned correctional professional with extensive experience in institutional management. Since January 2018, Nancy has served as a Subject Matter Expert at Creative Corrections, LLC. Prior to this role, Nancy was the Assistant Director of Institutions for the Department of Corrections RI from 2006 to 2010, overseeing security protocols and operations for multiple facilities, managing a team of over 900 staff members, and implementing technology solutions for various departmental functions. Additionally, Nancy served as Warden at the Federal Bureau of Prisons from June 1996 to May 2002, leading the largest federal correctional institution in the United States. Nancy holds a Master's degree from West Virginia University, a Bachelor's degree from Elmira College, and attended Avery Hill College at the University of Greenwich in London.
