Creative Discovery Museum
Tim Sears is currently the President & CEO of Creative Discovery Museum, a position held since November 2023. Previously, Tim served as the Director of Operations at Adventure Science Center from December 2011 to October 2023, overseeing various operational aspects, including earned income and guest services. Tim's extensive background includes roles such as Associate Director of Revenue Operations, where responsibilities involved managing non-program related income streams, and Sr. Manager of Development, supervising fundraising and membership initiatives. Tim's early career included a position at The Jane Goodall Institute as Associate Manager of Membership & Marketing, focusing on direct response fundraising. Tim holds a BS in Biology from Emory University and a Master's Degree in Museology/Museum Studies from The Johns Hopkins University.
