Lukas Weber

Lukas Weber is an innovation leader with over 14 years of experience in product development, strategy, and business design. Currently serving as the Head of Innovation at Creative Dock, they lead interdisciplinary teams through the venture-building process, while also establishing learning initiatives and optimizing internal processes. Lukas previously held key roles at NOSE Design, contributing to high-profile projects, including Stadler’s “Giruno” high-speed train, and as a Project Lead at Invacare Corporation, where they managed cross-functional teams through the product development cycle. They also have experience in consulting for business strategy and innovation with LEAP PARTNERS and have lectured on Financial Service Innovation at ZHAW School of Management and Law.
