Tomas Konicek

Tomas Konicek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in venture creation, banking, and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Venture Lead at Creative Dock since May 2023 and as Co-Founder and Chairman at Strakon Medical since September 2022, Tomas has a strong background in enhancing customer experiences and managing dynamic teams. Previously, at Česká spořitelna, Tomas held various roles, including Domain Lead for Small Business & Corporates and Transformation Manager, where significant contributions were made towards the company's Scaled Agile Transformation. Prior experience includes roles in marketing and product management at Brokerjet, culminating in leadership positions that involved strategic decision-making across multiple markets in Central Europe. Educational credentials include an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor's in Management from Prague University of Economics and Business.
