Stephen Collucci is an accomplished pastry chef with extensive experience in the culinary industry. Currently serving as Pastry Chef at Creative Edge Parties in New York City, Miami, and Palm Beach since June 2022, Stephen has also worked as a Pastry Chef Consultant for various clients since April 2018. Previous roles include Executive Pastry Chef at WS New York from June 2019 to June 2022 and Baking and Pastry Instructor at the International Culinary Center from April 2018 to June 2019. Stephen's career also includes positions as Pastry Chef at Gigante Restaurant & Bar, COOKSHOP NY, Colicchio & Sons, and Craft, as well as earlier roles as Pastry Sous Chef and Pastry Cook at Craft LA and Craftsteak. Stephen holds a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from the Culinary Institute of America, obtained between 2002 and 2005.
