Creative Flakes Technologies is a boutique IT consulting firm delivering intelligent, high-impact solutions across Generative AI, enterprise application development, and digital transformation. Led by Founder & Director Nikhil Misra, the team brings over 15 years of experience delivering outcomes for clients in retail, banking, agriculture, and public sector domains.

We specialize in:
	•	Generative AI consulting & architecture
Leveraging Google Cloud’s Vertex AI, Gemini Flash, Imagen 4, and Veo 3, we build AI solutions that include RAG pipelines, structured JSON prompting, and multi-agent systems via Google’s ADK and A2A protocol. Our implementations range from SOP automation to document intelligence using LlamaIndex and advanced semantic chunking.
	•	Java Spring Boot & Microservices delivery
From high-performance backend systems to secure REST APIs and Kafka-based integrations, we design and deploy scalable microservices built on clean architecture principles and CI/CD pipelines.
	•	Oracle ADF modernisation & enterprise UI development
We’ve architected and implemented large-scale ADF 12c applications, integrated AMIS Performance Monitoring, and delivered responsive hybrid apps using Ionic for planning, finance, and mobility use cases.

Select successes include a chatbot solution for the agriculture sector, a mobile-first banking platform, and the modernization of Pepkor’s planning systems and enterprise architecture.

Our work is grounded in technical rigor, cloud-native best practices, and a commitment to translating complex business needs into simple, elegant solutions.
