Dung Ngo

Dung Ngo has worked at various companies in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they worked as a Sales and Customer Management Support for the British Council and a Teaching Assistant for IvyPrep Education. In 2019, they worked as a Seafreight Export for Kuehne + Nagel. In 2020, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for ShopBack. In 2021, they worked as a Test Engineer for Stringee JSC. Currently, they are working as a QA Engineer for Creative Force. Throughout their work experience, they have been responsible for responding to customer inquiries, managing customer complaints, preparing documents for customs clearance, providing support to students and teachers, tutoring and assisting students, and planning and preparing various teaching aids.

Dung Ngo has a Bachelor's degree in International Business Economics from Foreign Trade University, a High School Diploma from Phan Boi Chau High School For The Gifted (Vinh - Nghe An) in English, and a Software Tester certification from Tester Hanoi. Dung Ngo also holds additional certifications, including ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level from ISTQB® - International Software Testing Qualifications Board obtained in December 2021, IELTS: 8.0 from British Council obtained in March 2021, and TOEIC: 985/990 from ETS obtained in December 2020.
