The objective of the Creative Industry Styria is to further develop the Styrian creative potential and interlink it with industry, trade and the service sector. Creative industries are a potential field of the Styrian economy; their active promotion increases the attraction of the location and makes a considerable contribution towards added regional value.


Finding creativity
The platform of the Styrian creative industry on www.cis.at is an important instrument of networking. The most important part is the data pool where all persons active in the creative sector have the opportunity to register without costs and offer their services. In this way, a continuously growing list with experts from all sectors will develop – and therewith the most important search engine of the Styrian creative industry.

Cooperation and coordination
The Creative Industries Styria works on the strategic set-up and expansion of the creative industry. Coordination and cooperation are the central areas of focus. It functions as an interface between creative persons and the industry, interlinks both sides and thus creates the basis for the implementation of innovative ideas. The Creative Industries Styria functions as a cooperation and communication partner for institutions and companies intending to realize creative concepts, and promotes the implementation by means of project-related consulting.
