Creative Management was founded in 1978 to serve Houston’s condominium communities and help them navigate their most complex challenges. As Houston has grown, so have our services—expanding to include the single family communities that surround the area.

We partner with volunteer boards to simplify the complexities of HOA management, providing the expertise, structure, and support needed to operate effective, well-run communities.

At Creative, we prioritize hiring empathetic, solutions-oriented leaders who work collaboratively with boards and homeowners alike—fostering relationships built on respect, accountability, and a shared commitment to the success of each community.
