Alex Barber is a professional coach and co-founder of Common Good Company since February 2021, also serving as an associate trainer for Creative Mentor Network since December 2021. With a background in career coaching through Alex Barber Coaching since July 2020, Alex has held various leadership roles in learning and development at Outvertising (June 2016 - June 2024, volunteer position) and in business and account management at Iris and iris worldwide from 2011 to 2020. Prior experience includes serving as a specialist and auctioneer in the US Automobilia department at Bonhams & Butterfields and as a junior specialist and administrator at Bonhams Auctioneers. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Animas Centre for Coaching in 2020 and a BA Hons from the University of Plymouth (2003 - 2006).
