Kat Norman

Kat Norman currently serves as Business Director at People Made, starting in February 2022, after advancing through various roles including Senior Growth Manager and Client Director. Additionally, Kat has been a Mentor at Creative Mentor Network since January 2021. Prior to these positions, experience includes a Freelance Senior Account Manager role at PB Creative Ltd and a Senior Client Manager position at Bulletproof, where Kat contributed to outstanding client work for a prestigious branding agency. Initial career stages involved positions such as Account Manager at Foster + Baylis, Junior Account Executive at Cedar Tree PR, and a Business Development Intern at Well&Truly Ltd. Kat’s professional journey began as a part-time General Office Assistant at Symonds & Sampson, complemented by a brief internship at Havas Media Group. Kat holds a Master of Arts (Hons) in History of Art from The University of Edinburgh, earned in 2016.
