Andy Johnson

Andy Johnson possesses extensive experience in engineering and technical roles across various companies, with a focus on micro-fabrication, optical equipment design, and energy auditing. Since January 2007, Andy has served as a Senior Engineer at CreativeMicroSystems Corporation, specializing in micro-fabrication development and photo mask design. Additional roles include operating the water system for the South Burlington Fire District since 1992, and serving as an energy auditor at Common Sense Energy from June 2012 to December 2014. Previous positions include Senior Laser Engineer at Diffraction Ltd, Principal Engineer at Carris Reels, Inc., and Staff Engineer at IBM, among others. Andy holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art.
