Mandy Gleason is an experienced professional with a background in customer service and project management, currently serving as a CSR/Project Manager at Creative Printing since September 2020. Prior experience includes a brief role as a Tax Preparer at Kane, Mitchell & Co., LLC, and a significant tenure at Waddell & Reed from June 2010 to October 2019, where Mandy held the positions of Tax Coordinator/Manager and Processor. Responsibilities at Waddell & Reed involved managing tax form production and accuracy, as well as handling account maintenance and financial requests. Mandy holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Missouri Western State University and a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from Park University.
