We've been connecting the Creative and Marketing sectors in the North of England with the best talent since 1990.

We offer strategic, sustainable and inclusive recruitment services. With purpose and pride, we support our industry and the people within it. We are believers in and champions of supporting upcoming talent. We’re the founders of School of Thought, Two + Two & Handle This.

We take the time to really understand what both clients and candidates are looking for so that everyone feels they’ve been listened to and their needs met. We’re in it for the long haul. We often find that many of our candidates go on to become our clients. Whether that be through promotion, or them setting up on their own. Our relationships last for decades.

Based in Manchester and Leeds we have clients across the North.
