Kolitha de Silva

Kolitha De Silva has held various roles and positions throughout their work experience. Kolitha started their career as a Senior Project Manager at Informatics International Limited in 1987 and remained with the company until 2004. Kolitha then joined People's Bank as an Assistant General Manager IT/Senior Program Manager, where they successfully implemented a new Core Banking Solution and developed IT strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. In 2008, they moved to IBM Australia as a Project Manager, managing and delivering multiple projects for Westpac Bank. From 2011 to 2017, they worked at Telstra as a Senior Project Manager, contributing to the automation of vulnerability management solutions and conducting knowledge-sharing sessions for the project management community. Kolitha then joined Westpac Bank in 2018 as a Senior Project Manager before transitioning to Telstra in 2019 as a Senior Project Manager. Currently, they are working at Creative Software as the Head of Cloud Services, a role they have held since January 2023.

Kolitha De Silva has obtained a MSc in IT with a focus on Information Technology from Keele University. They have also attended Ananda College and the University of Colombo, but no specific degree information is provided for these institutions.
