Nuwan Gurusinghe

Nuwan Gurusinghe has over 20 years of work experience in the software industry. Nuwan is currently serving as the Software Engineering Director at Creative Software. Prior to this, they were the Country Head for Sri Lanka at Enactor Limited from 2016 to 2022. Nuwan also held various roles at CodeGen International Pvt Ltd, including Program Manager from 2013 to 2016, Project Manager from 2009 to 2012, and Head of Support from 2005 to 2008. In addition, they worked at hSenid Software International (Pvt) Ltd as a Development Manager from 2004 to 2005 and as a Software Engineer from 2002 to 2003. Nuwan began their career at Informatics International as an Associate Software Engineer from 2001 to 2002.

Nuwan Gurusinghe earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Cardiff Metropolitan University in 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Computer Science & Engineering from the University of Moratuwa between 1998 and 2002. Nuwan also completed their Advance Level Examination in Mathematics & Science from Royal College, Colombo 07. In addition to their degrees, Nuwan Gurusinghe holds several certifications including PMP: Project Management Professional, SFC- Scrum Fundamentals Certified, CSM: Certified Scrum Master, and The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from CIMA which was obtained in 2000.
