Odom Alele

Odom Alele currently serves as a Coordinator at Creative Support, driving initiatives to enhance the organization's security and compliance framework while delivering an asset management and data classification program aligned with ISO 27001. Previously, as a Cyber Risk & Policy Analyst at National Grid, Odom contributed to improving the security posture of Critical National Infrastructure by advising on governance frameworks for Operational Technology and Industrial Control Systems. With extensive experience since 2003 in telecommunications and cybersecurity, roles held include Principal QoS Engineer & Architect at Etisalat Nigeria, where Odom led security architecture and incident response, and various positions focused on radio network optimization at Alcatel-Lucent and ZTE Corporation. Odom holds a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Chester and an undergraduate degree from the University of Benin.
