Jemma Joy

Jemma Joy has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Jemma started their career in 2005 as a Project Manager at eclipse Staging Services LLC and later joined The MotivAction Team as a Project Manager in 2007. Jemma then became the General Manager at Vivacious Creative Communications from 2008 to 2009. Jemma continued their career at eclipse Staging Services LLC as an Operations Manager from 2008 to 2010 and as a Consultant from 2010 to 2015. Jemma also worked as a Director at eclipse Management Consulting Ltd from 2019 to 2021 and as a Licensed Mortgage Broker at The Mortgage Mum from 2020 to 2021. Jemma has experience in event production, project management, and consulting. Jemma is currently working as the Head of Operations at Creative Technology since August 2022.

In 2001, they attended Shuttleworth Agricultural College, where they obtained a National Diploma in Equine Studies. From 2003 to 2006, Jemma pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing at the University of Northampton.

In 2007, they enrolled at the London Metropolitan University and completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Event Marketing Management.

Between 2017 and 2018, they attended AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) and earned a Foundation Diploma in Accounting (AAT Level 2). In 2019, they furthered their accounting expertise by obtaining an Advanced Diploma in Accounting (AAT Level 3) from AAT.

In the same year, Jemma pursued a Professional Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMAP®) from The London Institute of Banking & Finance. Jemma also acquired a Certificate in Regulated Equity Release from the same institution in 2020.

Jemma's education continues beyond formal degrees and diplomas. In September 2020, they obtained a certification called "Competant Advisor Status" from Mortgage Intelligence UK.
