Nathan Hughes

Nathan Hughes is an accomplished audio engineer and mixer with extensive experience in the live sound industry. Currently serving as an audio engineer at Creative Technology since December 2021, Nathan also holds a long-standing position at Firehouse Productions, Inc. since January 2009, specializing in FOH and monitor console setup, installation of sound systems, and crew management. Nathan's notable past roles include Audio Supervisor for Blue Man Group (2007 - 2013) and Head of Sound for Cirque du Soleil (2000 - 2007, and 2004 - 2007), overseeing sound operations for various productions. Nathan has contributed to high-profile events such as the MTV Music Awards and Haiti Benefit Concerts, utilizing advanced equipment including Digidesign and Yamaha consoles, and speaker systems from JBL, L'Acoustics, and D&B. Nathan's educational background includes a degree in Audio Engineering from City of Westminster College.
