Mark Whitaker

Mark Whitaker has extensive experience in laboratory quality assurance and compliance, currently serving as the Manager of Laboratory Quality Assurance at Creative Testing Solutions since April 2022. Previously, Mark held various managerial and supervisory roles, including Manager of Laboratory Quality Assurance, Change Control Supervisor, Compliance Supervisor, Compliance Officer, Quality Technologist II, and Testing Technologist I at Grifols from April 2004 to March 2022. Earlier positions include District Manager and Store Manager at Blockbuster from October 1996 to November 2002 and Statistical Research Clerk at the Department of Veterans Affairs in 1995. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Sociology from The University of Texas at Austin, where studies were completed between 1993 and 2003.
