Dan Tsu is an Artistic Director, Workshop Facilitator, and Youth Engagement Consultant with over 15 years of experience in creative direction and youth education. They currently serve as a Co-Founder and Director at The Beat Bank, an initiative aimed at supporting marginalised young vocalists, and as a UK Council member for Creative UK, representing freelancers in the creative industries. Dan's role as a Venue Manager and Programmer at Glastonbury Festival has garnered national recognition for promoting diverse line-ups and innovative programming. They are the founder of Lyrix Organix, focusing on youth development through music and the arts. Dan studies Psychology at the University of Warwick and previously held positions in various prestigious organizations and events, fostering community and creativity through their work.
