Hayley Armstrong

Hayley Armstrong has extensive experience in film production and liaison, beginning as a Production Liaison Assistant at Herts Film Link from 1999 to 2002. From May 2002 to September 2010, Hayley served as Production Liaison Manager and Information & Office Manager at Screen East, overseeing location filming in the East of England. Hayley transitioned to Film Link as Information Management & Film Liaison Executive from August 2011 to March 2012, focusing on data management related to film and TV production activities. Since April 2012, Hayley has held the position of Head of Production Services at Creative England, leading a national team to support film and high-end television production outside London by facilitating access to locations, studios, and necessary permissions while advocating for the sector and developing partnerships with local government and stakeholders. Hayley holds A Levels in English Literature, Geography, and Business Studies from Parmiter's School, as well as a HNC in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from West Herts College.
