Javier Torres

Javier Torres (MBA/FRSA) is a cultural manager and executive leader currently serving as Managing Director at the Acosta Dance Foundation and Vice Chair at Serendipity. With a background as a Premier Dancer with the Cuban National Ballet and Northern Ballet, they have made significant contributions to the dance world. Javier's involvement extends to policy and advocacy as a UK Council Member at Creative UK and a Fellow at The RSA. Additionally, they founded the We Dance Agency and manage business operations for Sansha group in Europe. Javier earned an MBA from the University of Cumbria in 2022.
