Tim Evans has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. Tim started their career in 2005 by establishing and growing a production and editing company called Offshore Music Ltd, where they worked as a Director & Engineer. In this role, they handled managerial responsibilities and collaborated with established artists.

In 2007, Tim joined the Arts Council of Wales as a Business Support Officer, where they managed capital building projects and performed tasks related to business and project planning, client liaison, and project monitoring. Tim held this position until 2013.

From 2013 to 2015, Tim worked as a Programme Manager for Creative England's South West Innovation Programme. Here, they supported creative digital businesses in the South West by providing seed investment, mentoring, marketing, and business support.

In 2015, Tim transitioned into the role of Investment Manager at Creative England, where they were responsible for managing debt and equity investment activities. Tim also established relationships with partners and networks to assist portfolio businesses in their growth and success.

Tim became Head of Investment at Creative England in 2019. In this role, they oversaw investment activities and continued building relationships with partners and networks. Tim held this position until 2022.

In addition to their work at Creative England, Tim served as a Non-Executive Director for Covatic, a specialist software engineering start-up, from 2017 onwards. Tim contributed to the development of technologies that personalized content for users and improved airtime value for broadcasters.

Furthermore, Tim briefly worked as an Investment Executive at the Development Bank of Wales in 2019, focusing on technology ventures.
