Shirley Yang is a Senior Conversational AI Engineer & Analyst at Creative Virtual since June 2021, where responsibilities include project management, designing and building chatbot systems, analyzing performance, and managing clients' knowledge bases. Notable achievements include successfully managing chatbot systems for clients such as Transport NSW, HSBC HK, MMSG, Sony, and IKEA. Prior experience includes serving as an R&D Engineer at Siemens from December 2004 to December 2018, focusing on the application of speech recognition and synthesis technologies in products. Shirley Yang holds a PhD in Digital Signal Processing and Speech Technology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Master of Engineering in Communications and Information System, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Information System, both from Lanzhou University.
