Jeff Sanko is a Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in supply chain, innovation, and strategy across multiple industries, including consumer packaged goods, consulting, and automotive. They served in various leadership roles at PepsiCo, where they drove innovation transformation and optimized the beverage supply chain. Prior to PepsiCo, Jeff led product development and materials purchasing at Ford Motor Company and consulted for Fortune 500 clients at Deloitte Consulting. Currently, they oversee operations at creative werks, an industry-leading candy and food copacker based in Chicago. Jeff holds both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan.
