Peyton Turner

Peyton Turner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales and leadership roles. Currently, Peyton serves on the Board of Directors for United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia and works as a Growth Advisor for CreativeCo since May 2024. As President of Westwood Millworks, Peyton oversees operations in Macon, Georgia. Previously, Peyton held several positions at SingleOps from August 2018 to July 2022, culminating in the role of VP of Sales, where responsibility included driving sales growth from nearly zero to $8 million in recurring revenue. Peyton's earlier experience includes serving as a Sales Representative at Swift Straw and various sales development roles, alongside an educational foundation in Entrepreneurial Management and Economics from the University of South Carolina's Darla Moore School of Business.
