Paul Cunningham

Paul Cunningham has had a long and varied career in the technology and entertainment industries. Paul began their career in 1989 as a Financial Analyst for McDonnell Douglas Space Systems. In 1990, they moved to Hughes Aircraft Company - Radar Systems Division, where they served as a Subcontract Administrator, requesting bid proposals from suppliers, negotiating, and awarding multi-million dollar manufacturing contracts. In 1991, they joined Emerson Brooks as a Staff Recruiter. In 1993, they Co-Founded Interact, an agency dedicated to representing and placing production talent in the video game industry. In 2000, they Co-Founded Representing Entertainers and Developers (RED), primarily brokering video game development deals between game publishers and independent video game development studios. In 2003, they Co-Founded CreativeHeads.net, Inc., a job board network, Applicant Tracking System and searchable talent pool of Artist/Animators, Compositors, Programmers (Games, Tools and Graphics), Game & Graphic Designers, Producers, Technical Directors and Writers for the Video Game, the Animation & VFX / TV & Film, and the Software / Tools / Technology industries.

Paul Cunningham attended Servite HS before obtaining a BS in Accounting from the University of San Diego in 1988.
