Lesa Snider has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of software technical writing and eLearning development. Lesa started their career in 2005 as a contributing writer for Layers Magazine. In 2006, they joined onOne Software as a columnist for Photo Elements Techniques magazine and also recorded video tutorials for their website. In 2007, Lesa became an author for Lynda.com Online Training, focusing on graphic secrets for business professionals.

In 2008, Lesa joined Kelby Media Group where they authored books and columns, including "Photoshop Elements 8 for Photographers" and the "Beginner's Workshop" column in Photoshop User magazine. Lesa also produced video training titles for their online subscription service.

From 2011, Lesa worked with creativeLIVE as an author for various video courses on image editing, design, and stock photography. Lesa has authored over 30 video courses covering Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, graphic design, and more.

In 2014, Lesa became an author of the weekly Creaticity column for Macworld Magazine, further showcasing their writing skills and expertise. Additionally, Lesa worked with Craftsy as an author, focusing on various Photoshop workshops and retouching techniques for portraits.

Lesa's involvement with O'Reilly Media started in 2008, where they have authored several editions of "Photoshop: The Missing Manual" and co-authored "iPhoto: The Missing Manual". Lesa wrote about different versions of Photoshop and covered various practical and updated techniques.

Lesa joined Adobe in 2015 and became an author of the book "Adobe Lightroom CC and Photoshop CC for Photographers: Classroom in a Book". Lesa also created videos on how to use Photoshop as a photo editor.

In 2016, Lesa started working at TAIT as a Senior Software Technical Writer and eLearning Developer. Their responsibilities included developing an online training program for their proprietary entertainment automation software, TAIT Navigator and iQ. Lesa authored technical documentation for the software using MadCap Flare and created customized HTML5 content.

Lesa Snider attended The Art Institutes from 1998 to 2000, where they earned an Applied Associates degree in Digital Media.
