Lance Sparks

Lance Sparks has a diverse work experience. Lance started their career at Aviva USA in 2008 as a Sr Vice President and worked there until 2013. Lance then joined CreativeOne in 2013 as a Partner and Owner. In 2014, they became the Owner and President of Market Synergy Group. Lance co-founded CreativeOne Wealth in 2015 and has been an owner ever since. Prior to their current roles, Lance was a Partner at Dakota Shy Wine in 2011. Lance also served as the Director at Vision Bank from 2010 until 2021.

Lance Sparks attended Washburn University from 1989 to 1993, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance and Economics.
