Harriet Salmon

Harriet Salmon is an artist and creative advocate with extensive experience in the contemporary art sector. They are currently the Founder and Director of Heroes Gallery, where they curate contemporary art programming and foster community engagement. Previously, Harriet served as a Production Assistant at Pixar Animation Studios and held significant roles such as Photo Director at Artforum International Magazine and Director of Research & Development at Powerhouse Arts, Inc. They also host and produce the Craftsmanship Podcast, focusing on oral histories in fine art fabrication. Harriet earned a BFA in Sculpture/Drawing from California College of the Arts and an MFA in Sculpture from Yale University.
