Simone Bangayan

Simone Bangayan is an operations leader with extensive experience in the retail and SaaS sectors. They managed operations for multiple companies within The Hill’s Group, including Blue Ruby Jewellery and Hills of Kerrisdale, where they developed operational plans and implemented efficiency measures. Most recently, Simone contributed to Autotelic's rapid growth by establishing formal structures and automating workflows. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Langara College, a certificate in Project Management from UBC Sauder School of Business, and UX Academy training from Designlab.
