Leah Andrew has worked in a variety of roles in the marketing and business fields since 2000. Leah began their career as a Community Relations Representative at McDonald's Restaurants of Canada Limited in 2000. Leah then moved on to become a Territory Manager at Shell in 2001. In 2006, they became the Vice President at Silver Lining Ltd. In 2008, they joined Mezzanine Growth as their Vice President, Planning & Client Service, handling marketing and brand strategy as well as target market development. In 2009, they became a Partner at SmartBrideBoutique.com, where they handled marketing strategy, business leadership, and digital and social media marketing. Finally, in 2016, they began working as the Chief Marketing Strategist & Lead Brand Builder at Andrew Perry, where they facilitated workshops to help clients lay the right foundation for their campaigns. In 2021, they became the Senior Director of Global Learning Innovation at CreatorUp.

Leah Andrew has a long history of education and certifications. Leah earned their MBA from Schulich School of Business at York University between 2003 and 2004, with a focus on Business, Strategy & Sustainability. Prior to that, they earned an Honours Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University between 1995 and 1999, with a minor in Music.
