Fouad Khalil

Fouad Khalil, AIA, is a seasoned design professional with over twenty years of experience in architecture and technology, both in the U.S. and internationally. Currently, they serve as Principal at Modly, providing consultancy services in industrialized construction, and as Director of Industrialized Construction & Innovation at Creature. Previously, Fouad was the Design Director at BLOX, where they led product development and design studio management, and held the position of Creative Director at White Arkitekter in Sweden, the largest architectural firm in the Nordics. An Auburn University graduate with a B.Arch, they also engage as an adjunct instructor in the School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape Architecture. Throughout their career, Fouad has demonstrated a strong commitment to prefabrication and off-site construction.
