Fire Risk Assessments
Fire protection and detection systems are established means of preventing losses and protecting assets. Credelex provides guidance to clients, irrespective of industry sector or occupancy type. We focus on fire preventative strategies that are fit-for-purpose and cost effective.

It requires complex risk surveys to identify and analyze possible risk exposures related to property damage and business interruption. Reporting includes specific loss prevention recommendations to reduce the overall Level of Risk (LoR) an organization may face in fire related events.

We consult extensively with various industry specialists such as ECSA registered fire engineer/s and associated fire industry specialists prior to reporting to clients and/or insurance companies.

Credelex is an active member of the Fire Protection Association of South Africa (FPASA), as well as an associate of the Institute of Risk Management South Africa (IRMSA) and the Australian New Zealand Institute of Insurance and Finance.
