Chris Chen

Vice President, Correspondent Services at Credential

Chris Chen has over 20 years of work experience in the financial industry, holding various roles at different companies. Chris started their career at TD Waterhouse in 1996, where they served as a Lead Officer and Trading Assistant in Mutual Fund Processing and later became a Supervisor in Mutual Fund Transaction Support. Chris then transitioned to the role of Account Manager, acting as a liaison between TD Waterhouse Institutional Services and Investment Counsel Portfolio Manager firms, and eventually became a Manager, overseeing service delivery teams and managing client relationships.

In 2006, Chris joined Penson Financial Services as a Vice President, where they managed projects for new and existing clients and identified opportunities to expand business relationships. Chris also led a group of Account Managers and implemented strategies to increase client service satisfaction.

In 2012, Chris joined Credential as a Vice President, overseeing Correspondent Services. Chris was responsible for managing relationships with correspondent firms and ensuring high quality service delivery.

Most recently, in 2018, Chris joined Aviso Wealth as a Vice President, focusing on Correspondent and Institutional roles.

Chris Chen attended Western University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Administrative and Commercial Studies (ACS). No specific start or end year for this education experience was provided.
