Ellen Gates

Ellen Gates is a seasoned data science and analytics expert with extensive experience in consulting and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Credera since June 2021, Ellen specializes in data strategy, advanced analytics, and the automotive industry, focusing on end-to-end data platforms. Prior to this role, Ellen was the Vice President of Data Science at Monster from January 2018 to April 2021, where responsibilities included overseeing data strategy and leading global functional teams. Ellen has also held significant positions at DigitasLBi North America, advancing from Senior Analyst to Senior Vice President, where leadership involved managing a large team of data scientists and driving strategic innovations in performance marketing and analytics. Academically, Ellen has pursued advanced degrees in International Economics & Finance at Brandeis International Business School and holds a BA in Economics from the University of Connecticut.
