Gaurav Mathur

Gaurav Mathur is the Chief Executive Officer of Credera India, leading the India Global Delivery Centre in Hyderabad. They have over 25 years of experience navigating multicultural environments across diverse markets, driving transformation and fostering growth. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Areteans, where over five years they led the team to 10x revenue growth and contributed to Areteans’ integration into Credera. Earlier in their career, they were a founding member of the BPM practice at Capgemini and held roles including Head - BPM Practice APAC and Client Engagement Manager, contributing to growth and client satisfaction. They are pursuing a BE in Computer Science at Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University.
