Jeff Briggs

Jeff Briggs is a seasoned management consultant with extensive experience in enhancing operational efficiency and customer experience across various industries. At Credera since January 2014, Jeff has held roles from Senior Consultant to Principal, driving significant improvements for clients including an international airline and a nationwide hospitality company through strategic enhancements in scheduling, revenue predictability, and market consistency. Prior experience at North Highland involved leading sales transformations for a global beverage company and formulating growth strategies for a national healthcare provider. Earlier, as Director of Operations at PeopleWorks International, Jeff established company infrastructure and processes. Jeff holds a B.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Business Administration from UNM Anderson School of Management.
