Patrick Alexander

Patrick Alexander is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with a robust background in recruiting and program management. Currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition at Credera since May 2016, Patrick has progressively advanced through roles including Talent Acquisition Manager and Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist. Prior experience includes talent acquisition responsibilities at Sogeti, where management of full cycle recruiting for IT positions was a key focus, as well as a recruiting role at Aerotek Engineering specializing in engineering placements in Iowa. Earlier career experiences include program assistance at the University of Iowa Foundation, where coordination of student callers to generate alumni support was a primary responsibility. Patrick holds a B.A. in Business and History from the University of Iowa.
