Seth Mandel currently serves as a Portfolio Analyst at Credera, where responsibilities include analyzing and measuring client portfolios to manage risk. Prior experience includes roles as an Operations Training Specialist and Operations Lead at White Cap, where Seth performed warehouse reorganizations and led teams in fostering a positive culture. As an Operations Manager at Waste Connections, oversight of daily operations and management of twenty-six commercial drivers were key duties, in addition to earlier experience as a Manager in Training focusing on route optimization. Initial professional exposure was gained through an internship at Waste Connections, supporting various departments and conducting market wage analysis. Education includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Logistics and Business Analytics from Baylor University and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis.
